Thomas GrahamThomas began his career in the telephone industry in 1983 as an Account Executive for AT&T. He was quickly promoted to managing hundreds of remote locations for 3 National Accounts. In 1990, Thomas recognized the need for voice & data expertise in the SMB markets and founded TMA, Inc. The high level expertise that Thomas brings to SMB’s and even larger corporations enables them to negotiate the lowest rates available with the most reliable telecom providers in their area. Cina Martinez

Cina began her career with AT&T in 1985 in operator services. Soon she became a Service Order Administrator where she was placing orders for customer services and dealing with billing and repair issues as well. In 1992 Cina was hired by Bell Atlantic where she was a Customer Service Representative with residential collections. Here she had the opportunity to interact with various Bell departments ensuring customers were getting the services they ordered. Cina joined TMA in 1997 as a customer service representative and was quickly promoted to Office Manager to oversee all service orders, price quotes and repair calls. TMA clients will quickly agree that Cina provides the absolute highest levels of customer service, accuracy and integrity in the telecom industry.

Dona Graham

Dona began her career with Bell Atlantic in 1981 as a customer service representative. After 2 years of providing excellent customer service to general markets customers, Dona followed many Bell Atlantic employees over to AT&T during the breakup of the phone company in 1984. Recognized by her peers as one of the top performers in her group, Dona was promoted to Account Executive to sell the latest AT&T services as they were introduced to the general business markets. In 1999, Dona joined TMA as an account manager and quickly teamed up with Cina to manage the marketing and customer service functions for TMA. Any customer who has called Dona to resolve a billing or repair issue will tell you that she is quick to resolve the issue and great at protecting the customer’s best interest.
