TMA Initial Review
TMA consultants use its extensive expertise to thoroughly review all of your
company's telecom accounts and provide your staff with a written analysis
of your existing voice and data services. To eliminate all risk to our clients,
TMA will complete this entire process based on a "One-third of savings"
contingency agreement. Clients pay NOTHING unless TMA can recover credits owed or
identify opportunities for client to reduce its telecom expenses.
Until you become a client of TMA, you simply cannot appreciate
the joy each of our clients feels when they receive thousands of dollars in credits
from their telecom vendor or when they realize that there is more money in their
telecom budget. Who knows, someone may actually appreciate the great job they are
doing with telecom management.
TMA Retainer Agreement
Once TMA has completed the initial review, recovered the
credits owed and implemented the orders necessary to achieve the future savings,
our clients have the option of retaining TMA consulting services on an ongoing basis.
TMA consultants will monitor all of your telecom accounts to ensure that your vendors
continue to bill you correctly.
Billing errors and system changes can occur at any time within the
telecom industry. Vendor billing codes can mysteriously drop off causing negotiated
discounts to disappear. TMA consultants will make sure that you receive the rates
you negotiated throughout the term of your existing agreement. TMA will then assist
you in negotiating your next agreement based on the new "lowest rates"
now available.
TMA Hourly Services
For clients who do not have complex telecom operations or
who do not choose to use TMA on a retainer basis, our services are available on
a "pay by the hour" basis of $175 per hour. Our experience has shown
that even one hour of our consulting time will save a client much more than the
cost of our hourly consulting fee.
